This snailz name is Bufford. 

Bufford is one of the few remaining shell shiners who still does things the traditional way. Most snailz call him Old Man Buff, a nickname earned through decades of shining shells by hand. He doesn’t believe in all the new tech or ceramic coatings; with his tin of wax polish and a bit of elbow grease, he knows the job will be done right. And as far as Bufford’s concerned, he won’t be retiring until there isn’t a single shell left that needs shining.
